Daddy Daughter Dance 2009

It's been a while since my last post. It has been a little slow with our cold rainy/snowy weather. Seems like it is either rainy and cold or a little bit warmer with lots of mud. Needless to say we have spring fever and are tired of being in the house. Fortunately we have a beautiful weekend ahead with weather in the 60's.
Now, on to the dance! Our church hosted our annual Daddy Daughter Dance last night. It was a blast. We had over 115 daddies and daughters. Grace only had three head-on-collisions (the little girls just run around the entire time) which is better than last year. She was so excited as her best friends were all there: Elizabeth (our neighbor), RyRy, Hayden, and Grayson. She had lots of fun with her Daddy too...but she did seem to "help" me a lot last night. I headed up the dance committee this year- which is truly a blessing for me in so many ways- so Grace always knows where to find me. Daddy presents Grace with her corsage.
